Being a part of AER has been one of the most influential phases of my career. When I first joined, I had limited sales experience and wasn’t sure about my plan after college. I now have a strong understanding of every aspect of sales and a plan for after graduation!
This experience along with Tanner and Hunter’s incredible guidance, has led to me becoming confident in my skills and learning so much in a short amount of time. Tanner and Hunter not only empowered me to make my own decisions and try new things, but they also constantly reminded me that failing was simply a means to grow. This changed my entire outlook on my work ethic and even my life.
