Hunter Arbogast

Partner | Director of Business Development

I am from Unionville, Iowa, and am a 2023 graduate of the University of Iowa, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management. My Iowa roots and the values instilled in me by my parents continue to shape my approach to life and work.

I have built professional sports sales experience across MLB, the NFL, and Motorsports through roles with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Buffalo Bills, and Formula 1 Miami. I serve as Partner and Director of Business Development with Attitude Effort Results, where I help coach and develop aspiring sports business professionals.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, sports, traveling, playing board games and cards, and working out. I value my relationships with family and friends and strive to make a positive impact on the people around me.

I am strong in my faith, have a passion for serving others, and feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to build my career in the sports industry.
